Summary

Because the first safari was so popular - we have decided to give more members the opportunity to visit Australia's most southern state. Have you ever wanted to explore Tasmania’s wild and rugged West Coast, spend a day cruising the Gordon River, visit Cradle Mountain and Lake St Clare and then travel on to the Salmon Ponds and Russell Falls? Explore further south down to Geeveston and the spectacular scenery on the way.  Visit Hobart and explore its history, and why not pay a visit to Salamanca Place and historic Shot Tower.  Spend a few nights at Port Arthur and spend a day at the historic site. The beautiful countryside and small historic towns are stunning areas to drive through, and visits to Ross and the Wool Centre will not leave you disappointed. From here the tour will head up the East Coast, visiting the spectacular Coles Bay along the way and taking a cruise on the magnificent Wineglass Bay. Continuing north to Launceston, attendees get to enjoy a cruise on the Tamar River and finally end the trip back in Devonport - where the Spirit of Tasmania will be waiting to take you back to the mainland.
