Have you ever wanted to explore the Northern End and Southern End of the Flinders Ranges? If yes, then this is the safari for you! We head north first staying at working stations and visit Arkaroola to enjoy the wilderness. Enjoy 4WD tours into the gorges and around Arkaroola, and after we will head into the Central and Southern Flinders Ranges. Join us in exploring this diverse area, which includes wineries and historic ports.

Itinerary
Day 1 Meet and greet at Peterborough Free Camp for happy hour, dinner (included) - power, water, facilities
Day 2 Depart for Rawnsley Park Station in the Central Flinders Ranges. Two night stay, happy hour in the afternoon - power, facilities available, water tba
Day 3 Today we will be collected by a 4WD tour vehicle and enjoy a half-day gorges tour (tour included)
Day 4 Depart for Alpana Station, a working sheep station in the Central Flinders Ranges where we will stay for one night. Campfire if permitted. No power but option to move on to powered site if available for an extra cost
Day 5 We will depart Alpana Station and stop in Blinman to take in the history of this tiny town known for its copper mining. We will then head out on gravel road to Arkaroola Wilderness Sanctuary in the Northern Flinders Ranges where we will stay three nights. Power, facilities available, water tba
Day 6 Depart on a half day 4WD tour of Arkaroola exploring the wonders of the Flinders Ranges (tour included).
Day 7 Free time to explore, go on a hike, enjoy a scenic flight, book a tour or simply relax. Restaurant facilities are available at Arkaroola, campfire if permitted
Day 8 Depart for Merna Mora Station- hosted by a sixth-generation cattle and sheep station family- enjoy true bush experience. We will stay here one night on an unpowered site. Option for power at extra cost, approx. 700m from unpowered sites. Water tba, limited facilities
Day 9 Depart for Quorn in the Central Flinders Ranges where we will stay at ACCOM TBC - (powered site, facilities, water). Happy hour in the afternoon
Day 10 Today we will enjoy a half-day train ride on the heritage steam train Pichi Richi (train ride included)
Day 11 Depart for Jamestown where will stay at ACCOM TBC (powered site, facilities, water). Why not enjoy morning tea at the Stone Hut Bakery on the way.
Day 12 Today we experience some free time to explore the Jamestown area. Tonight we will come together for a meal at the local pub (dinner included)
Day 13 Today we head into the beautiful Clare Valley, one of Australia’s oldest wine regions, where we will stay 2 nights at Bungaree Station. Camp fire at night if permitted, (no power, limited facilities)
Day 14 Today we will be collected by coach and enjoy a winery tour including light lunch (tour, lunch included)
Day 15 Today we head to Crystal Brook, known as the town at the start of the Southern end of the Flinders Ranges for one night, ACCOM TBC (powered site, water)
Day 16 We depart for a two night stay in Melrose - known as the oldest town in the Flinders Ranges. ACCOM TBC (no power, facilities). Final Happy Hour and dinner tonight
Day 17 Free day to explore Melrose or relax
Day 18 We depart for our final destination - Spear Creek. We will enjoy our final dinner together (dinner provided). Staying at Spear Creek Caravan Park (working station) (powered site, facilities)
Day 19 We farewell our new friends and depart on our individual travels.
