Result Kershaw Park - Rockhampton

We wish to advise that council have lost the argument.

The Judge ruled that Kershaw Park is not categorised as an ancillary use and was in fact acting as a tourist park. The Judge ordered that the council cease operations of this area by 15 February 2019. They must remove all signage and advise CMCA that this park will no longer be available for this purpose.

This result emphasises the process and planning laws that councils are required to adhere to prior to implementation.
