This safari will take you through spectacular North Queensland into the Northern Territory, ending at Litchfield National Park. Experience one man’s dream in building the incredible Paronella Park, explore the geological wonder of the Undara Lava Tubes, and soak in hot tubs at Tallaroo.
Visit Cobbold Gorge on a 4WD bus tour, enjoy sunsets at Karumba, and spot crocodiles in Kakadu National Park, where you’ll experience both sunrise and sunset Yellow Water cruises.
You’ll also visit historic Mataranka Homestead and stay at iconic outback pubs such as Daly Waters, plus much more on this unforgettable Top End adventure.

Itinerary
Day 1 Meet at Paronella Park and enjoy dinner together. Paronella Park was built when one man followed his dream and created his castle beside Mena Creek Falls. Discover bridges, tunnels, and an amazing range of tropical plants.
Day 2 Enjoy a morning guided tour of Paronella Park before heading to Pinnarendi Station for a woodfired pizza afternoon.
Day 3 Travel to Undara for a 2-night stay (powered sites). Happy hour and campfire if permitted.
Day 4 Enjoy a guided tour of the Undara Lava Tubes and experience this incredible geological wonder.
Day 5 Travel to Tallaroo for a 1-night stay. Enjoy a hot springs discovery tour (included), with free time afterwards. Optional activities include a private tub soak, bike riding, or a walk to the river.
Day 6 Travel to Forsayth for a 2-night stay.
Day 7 Transfer by coach to Cobbold Gorge for a full-day experience including a walk, gorge cruise, and lunch (drinks not included).
Day 8 Travel to Croydon and stay overnight at a free camp (no power). Happy hour.
Day 9 Travel to Karumba for a 2-night stay at Karumba Gulf Country Caravan Park (powered sites).
Day 10 Free day. Optional: book a sunset crocodile tour.
Day 11 Travel to Burke & Wills Roadhouse for a 1-night stay (powered site).
Day 12 Travel to Julia Creek for a 2-night stay.
Day 13 Free day in Julia Creek.
Day 14 Travel to Mount Isa for a 2-night stay. Time to restock supplies.
Day 15 Free day. Optional: visit the Outback at Isa Centre or join a tour.
Day 16 Travel along the Barkly Highway to Avon Downs (free camp, no facilities). Campfire and happy hour if permitted.
Day 17 Travel to Threeways Roadhouse for a 1-night stay (power, toilets, showers).
Day 18 Travel to Daly Waters Pub. Enjoy dinner and a show (powered sites, amenities available).
Day 19 Travel to Mataranka Homestead for a 1-night stay. Visit the historic site where We of the Never Never was filmed. Enjoy a soak in the hot springs (powered sites, amenities).
Day 20 Travel to Katherine for a 2-night stay at Katherine Discovery Park.
Day 21 Free day to restock, relax, and explore.
Day 22 Travel to Kakadu National Park. Stay at Cooinda Campground for 3 nights (powered sites). Group dinner included.
Day 23 Enjoy a sunset Yellow Water cruise, spotting birdlife and crocodiles.
Day 24 Early morning sunrise Yellow Water cruise followed by breakfast (included).
Day 25 Travel to Litchfield Tourist Park for your final night, located at the doorstep of Litchfield National Park. Enjoy a farewell dinner together.
