I would like to remind members that an election may be conducted this year for one position on the Board of Directors should more than one nomination be received. The current director has completed one term and is eligible to nominate for a second term. Voting is open to all Ordinary and Honorary Life Members.

The Club has once again appointed Michelle Wilson as Returning Officer for the election. Michelle brings extensive experience, not only in conducting CMCA elections, but also in local, state and federal government elections. All election enquiries can be directed to Michelle at elections.cmca@gmail.com.

Eligible members can download a CMCA Director Information Pack from the website HERE or request one by contacting NHQ at enquiries@cmca.au. Nominations close at 12 noon on Friday, 5 June 2026.

Serving as a Director of CMCA is both a privilege and a responsibility. The role requires commitment, diligence and active engagement in the governance of our organisation. The Board meets six times each year at various locations, including our National Headquarters (NHQ), and directors are expected to contribute thoughtfully to the strategic direction and oversight of the Club.

Please note, you must be an Ordinary member (as per the Constitution) to stand for Office of the Company.
