As we head into the weekend, I wanted to share an important reminder regarding our upcoming 26th Annual General Meeting.
The 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday 12 October at the 39th National Rally in Bundaberg, Qld. Registration will commence at 8am, followed by the meeting at 9am in the Whitworth Pavilion at the Bundaberg Recreational Precinct.
Under Clause 22.4 of the Company’s Constitution, members wishing to bring forward business must provide written notice. As Company Secretary, I am formally calling for motions. Submissions may be lodged in writing or via email to richardbarwick@cmca.au. All proposed business must be received by 12pm on Friday 31 July 2026, in accordance with Clause 22.5 of the Constitution.
The Board and Management encourage members to make contact prior to submission if clarification is required, particularly where legal considerations may apply.
Voting for this meeting will be available to all eligible members via proxy, direct vote, or online. Members who elect to vote online will receive a personalised link and password to access the voting portal. We encourage as many members as possible to have their say once the formal business is released.
