The number of users on the CMCA Members Connect Facebook group continues to grow, and members have accepted and adhered to the recently amended Conditions of Use which is pleasing. I would like to point out that while Facebook is a good medium to discuss RV related topics, I recommend any issues or misfortunes experienced with insurers (or other businesses) to be taken up with the business directly. We have discovered that when such issues are shared on this platform, some people have failed to discuss important contributing factors - meaning only one side of the story is being shared. On several occasions, we have looked into matters further and have discovered a different side to the story or further information that was being withheld. If you feel that you are not given the service you deserve by KTA, please contact us at NHQ and we will be able to look into the matter on your behalf. KTA is a major sponsor and supporter of the Club, and has been since 1988, and we will continue to support this valuable member benefit.
