I am pleased to announce that our 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday 6 October 2025 in Orange, NSW as part of the 38th National Rally.

As we prepare for this important event, I would like to call for any items of business that members wish to have placed on the AGM agenda. In accordance with Clause 22.5 of the Club’s Constitution, all proposed business must be submitted in writing.

Please ensure your submissions are addressed to me, in my role as Company Secretary, and received no later than 12 noon on Friday 1 August 2025.
