If you are in the Bundaberg regional area, we need your help to ensure that we meet our quorum requirements for the 21st Annual General Meeting which will take place next Wednesday 6 October in Bundaberg. We are confident in getting the required 200; however, we would like to ensure that it does happen so the meeting can go ahead. We are asking you to pre-register online through our website at https://members.cmca.net.au/Event/EventRegistration. If you are unable to register online, please ensure you turn up on the day prior to 8.45am. Your pre-registration will also help with the catering numbers for the BBQ lunch afterwards, which will be supplied by the Bundaberg Lions Club. Please remember we have asked members to bring their own chair, plate, and cutlery. All Covid requirements are to be adhered too. Proxy and Direct Votes are to be received no later than 5pm on Monday 4 October to be included in the tally. These can be emailed to myself at richardbarwick@cmca.net.au.
Members will be able to watch the AGM via a live stream – the link will be made available on our website. The live stream will commence from 9am local time (10am Eastern Standard Daylight Savings Time). Please ensure that you have enough reception/internet access to stream the meeting.
