I would like to remind members that we will be holding the company’s 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 9:00am on Monday 23 September as part of the 37th National Rally at the Mount Gambier Showgrounds, SA. Under clause 22.4 of the club’s Constitution, any member wishing to bring business before the AGM must provide notice in writing prior to 12 noon on Friday 5 July. This must be addressed to myself, as Company Secretary, and can be submitted by post or email.

I would also like to remind everyone that NHQ will be closed on Monday 10 June due to the King’s Birthday public holiday and will reopen on Tuesday 11 June as normal.
