I would like to advise that tokenisation will take place on Monday 1 September, when payments will be processed for those attending the National Rally in Orange from 6–12 October. If you experience any issues with your payment being processed, please contact NHQ during business hours next week.

Further to the Rally, and in particular, the 25th Annual General Meeting, we have implemented online voting for this year’s election of one Ordinary Motion. With many members travelling and enjoying the lifestyle, online voting will help you stay connected and ensure you have your say electronically.

On Monday, members eligible to vote (as per the Constitution) will receive an email containing a voting direction, link, and password. This will be sent to the email address listed in the database. If two members share the same email address, you will receive two separate emails, each titled to the individual member. We believe this is the way forward in providing greater access for members to participate in the voting process.

Unfortunately, as we know, Associate Members are not eligible to vote. Any change to this can only be made through the Constitution, requiring a 75% majority at an AGM.
