Plans are going well for the 38th National Rally, which will be held at the Orange Showground from 6-12 October 2025. Most members will be invited to arrive a day early, which is on Sunday so that everything is all set ready to go on the Monday. The Club’s 25th Annual General Meeting will begin at 9am on Monday, marking the official start of the rally.

On Sunday evening, we will kick things off with a live screening of the NRL Grand Final in the entertainment area from 6pm. A fantastic lineup of entertainment, presentations, and seminars has already been secured, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees. This year, we are also making the final day of the rally more engaging, encouraging members to stay and enjoy a full schedule of activities. Traditionally, this day has been quieter, but this time, there will be plenty to enjoy, including a pet show, the Club talent show, and the Official Closing Ceremony, which will take place at 2:30pm. The day will continue with the Bathurst 1000 race on the big screen, leading into an evening of entertainment.

The Rally Ball will be held on Saturday night, and the theme is Tartan and Colours. The reasoning behind the theme is that our lovely rally manager is a Scot, and Orange is a colour. It is never too early to start planning a fun outfit!

For members on the powered waitlist, more powered sites will be released shortly. No members have been charged for rally attendance yet, and payments will be processed on 1 September.
