Board of Directors Election

We would like to inform members that we have been advised of the following from Returning Officer Michelle Wilson.


Nominations for three vacant positions on the Board of Directors closed at 12 noon today Friday 3rd June 2022 as per Clause 33.1 (a).

After the close of nomination period, the Returning Officer had received nominations from the following three candidates:


Bill DAWS N101403

Vincent CALLEJA W48104

Joseph Paul SCULLY Q37099


As the number of nominations received is equal to the number of vacancies to be filled, the candidates nominated are hereby deemed elected as per Clause 33.1 (c) (i).

These members will commence their positions as Director at the completion of the Club's Annual General Meeting in October.
