It is that time of year when we prepare to call for nominations for the role of director of the Campervan & Motorhome Club of Australia Limited (CMCA).

This year, there is one position available on the five-person Board. The current director is eligible to re-stand should they wish to do so. The term of a director is three years; however, Members can stand for two consecutive terms, although they must be re-elected after the first term.

Serving as a director of CMCA is both a privilege and a responsibility. The role requires commitment, diligence and active engagement in the governance of our organisation. The Board meets six times per year at various locations, including our National Headquarters (NHQ), and directors are expected to contribute thoughtfully to the strategic direction and oversight of the club. Currently you must be an Ordinary member (as per the Constitution) to stand for Office of the Company.
