The Twenty Fourth ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) of the Campervan and Motorhome Club of Australia Limited is convened for Mount Gambier Showgrounds, 1 Pick Avenue, Mount Gambier, SA on Monday 23 September 2024. Registration will commence at 8.00am, with the meeting to commence at 9.00am. 

As a part of the AGM, we will deliver Statutory reports, inclusive of one item of business, which is outlined in the Notice of Meeting and Agenda. 

We can advise that the Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2024 will be available online very soon.  

The Notice of Meeting and Agenda along with Direct and Proxy voting forms are available online HERE. Alternatively, the documents will be available in the September edition of The Wanderer.

If you are an Ordinary Member or Honorary Life Member and not able to attend the AGM, you may submit a Direct or Proxy voting form. Please mail your voting forms to the Company Secretary, National Headquarters, PO Box 254 HRMC, NSW 2310 or email your forms to richardbarwick@cmca.au. Direct and Proxy voting forms are to arrive no later than 5:00pm Tuesday 17 September 2024.
