I would like to use this week’s message to acknowledge the many men and women who have sacrificed so much by defending our country in the past, and of course those people who continue to defend our country today. As we commemorate Anzac Day nationally this coming Tuesday, joining our allies in New Zealand, we mark this day to pay our respects to those who defended our countries honour. Amongst the CMCA membership, we have had many present and past members who have served in various capacities. To those people I thank, for their true dedication and commitment. To the families of those who served, who continue the legacy, we also thank and acknowledge. And finally, thank you to all those men and women who fought in far too many wars so we can be relatively free; thank you to those who died and those who returned changed but proud of the contributions they have made towards our great country.
