CEO Weekly Message

Back in October last year, we launched our optional auto renewal payment method. This means you no longer need to worry about paying your renewal on time, as payment will automatically be processed against your nominated card. The Club can process payments against your card, but we do not have the access to see your card details. These details are stored safely with the National Australia Bank. You can either opt in upon your next renewal or sign up at any time in the Member Portal or by phoning NHQ staff. 


Our preferred method of payment is now BPAY or credit card. You renew online in the Member Portal, in the CMCA Connect app or over the phone by calling NHQ. In addition to membership renewals, members can also complete payments for rally registration, Members’ Market, CMCA RV Park bookings and Club Shop purchases online. 


I would like to remind the membership that we do have a strong retention program in place. With many members travelling, we offer courtesy calls as a reminder of your upcoming renewal. We also send out several emails in the lead up to your renewal date, a text message once a membership has lapsed, and communication following up expired memberships. We pride ourselves on our customer service and do what we can to ensure members receive sufficient notice of membership renewals and other Club news. We cherish your support as a member of CMCA and hope you continue to enjoy the many benefits we have to offer.
