This page contains our user agreement which sets out the terms and conditions for your use of the Campervan and Motorhome Club of Australia Limited (CMCA) website. Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions and entry by you into the user agreement between you and CMCA Limited.

CMCA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this website provided that you comply fully with this user agreement. You must not use this site or the information on this site in any manner or for any purpose which is unlawful or in any manner which violates any right of CMCA.

As part of the registration process, your access to this website is restricted by a password. You must take care to keep your password confidential and not disclose it to anyone. You could be liable to pay compensation if an unauthorised person gains access to this website as a result of your failure to keep your password confidential.

CMCA maintains your email address together with other business contact details on its database.
