We would like to advise that members can now pre-register their attendance for the upcoming 20th Annual General Meeting online. The meeting will take place on Wednesday 30 September 2020 at the Bundaberg Recreational Precinct, and members are required to pre-register their attendance. Members who intend on staying within the grounds are permitted from Monday 28 September (entry) through to Friday 2 October 2020 (departure), and unpowered and powered sites are available for $15 and $20 per night respectively. Members wishing to stay at the precinct can book their site during the pre-registration process. Members who do not wish to stay on-site will be required to select 30/09/20 as both their arrival and departure date when completing the online form, and if members plan to go on-site for further dates, they must note those dates too. All Queensland Government COVID-19 regulations will be applicable (to both sites and the AGM) including social distancing, 4 square metre rule, temperature checks and hand sanitation. Both Ordinary and Associate Members can attend this event; however, Associate Members will be unable to vote on agenda items as per the Club’s Constitution. The meeting will be live streamed for members unable to attend and further information will be made available for this closer to the meeting. We will be hosting a barbecue lunch on completion of the AGM and encourage all who can attend to come along. Despite no business being brought before the meeting (apart from statutory reports) we still require at least 200 people to attend in person as per the constitution.
