Benefits Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need assistance with the Benefits website? Find the answers to your questions below. 

The benefits website is where members can go to access all aspects of the Club’s benefits. This website includes club information, where to stay options, event information, chapter and SIG directory and events, member advantages, SCV information, a dump point listing and the club shop.

From the Benefits homepage, simply select the Events icon or place the cursor over the Events button in the header and select Rally Information from the drop-down menu. Note: This header is hidden when using a mobile or tablet device; to access, select the hamburger bar in the top left corner.
By selecting the Events icon, members can then access Rally Information by using the side menu or selecting the National Rally button on the webpage.

From the Benefits homepage, simply select the Events or Chapters & SIGs icons or place the cursor over the Events or Chapters & SIGs button in the header and select Chapter Events from the drop-down menus. Note: This header is hidden when using a mobile or tablet device; to access, select the hamburger bar in the top left corner.
By selecting the Events or Chapters & SIGs icons, members can then access Chapter Events by using the side menu.

By selecting the Chapters & SIGs icon, members can then access Chapter Directory by using the side menu.

From the Benefits homepage, simply select the Chapters & SIGs icon or place the cursor over the Chapters & SIGs button in the header and select Submit Chapter Event from the drop-down menu. Note: This header is hidden when using a mobile or tablet device; to access, select the hamburger bar in the top left corner.
By selecting the Chapters & SIGs icon, members can then access Submit Chapter Event by using the side menu.
For step by step instructions on submitting a chapter event:
1.Select the chapter holding the event from the drop-down menu.
2.Select a title for the event – this is NOT displayed in The Wanderer and appears only on the website.
3.Complete the short description – this includes brief details of the event. This information WILL BE printed in The Wanderer. Members have a maximum of 300 characters to complete this section. A character includes letters, numbers, symbols and spaces.
4.The long description is option and permits more characters than the long description. This is not published in the magazine – only on the website.
5.Add the event start date and event end date.
6.Please include the address – simply start typing the address and select the correct option. Suburb, state and postcode will prefill once an address is selected.
7.Select Submit Event to submit details for NHQ’s approval.

** Please ensure you submit your event by the deadline to have it published in The Wanderer. 

To get content into the February edition, you must submit entries before 1 January

To get content into the March edition, you must submit entries before 1 February

To get content into the April edition, you must submit entries before 1 March

To get content into the May edition, you must submit entries before 1 April

To get content into the June edition, you must submit entries before 1 May

To get content into the July edition, you must submit entries before 1 June

To get content into the August edition, you must submit entries before 1 July

To get content into the September edition, you must submit entries before 1 August

To get content into the October edition, you must submit entries before 1 September

To get content into the November edition, you must submit entries before 1 October

To get content into the December edition, you must submit entries before 1 November

From the Benefits homepage, simply select the Member Advantages icon or the Member Advantages button in the header. Note: This header is hidden when using a mobile or tablet device; to access, select the hamburger bar in the top left corner.
Here members can access a list of participating retailers offering discounts on products and services.

From the Benefits homepage, simply select the Events icon or place the cursor over the Events button in the header and select Safaris from the drop-down menu. Note: This header is hidden when using a mobile or tablet device; to access, select the hamburger bar in the top left corner.
By selecting the Events icons, members can then access Safaris by using the side menu.

From the Benefits homepage, simply select the Club Shop icon.

From the Benefits homepage, simply select the Where to Stay icon or Where to Stay button in the header. Note: This header is hidden when using a mobile or tablet device; to access, select the hamburger bar in the top left corner.
From this webpage, members can navigate through webpages for the Member Stop Over Facility, Dollar Wise Parks, CMCA Friendly Caravan Parks and CMCA RV Parks.
Members can also place their cursor over the Where to Stay button in the header and select a specific option from the drop-down menu.

From the Members’ Portal homepage, simply select the Forum icon or Forum button in the header. Note: This header is hidden when using a mobile or tablet device; to access, select the hamburger bar in the top left corner.
Members will be required to log in again. Please use the CMCA username and password. Members do not need to register or use different credentials.

Here members can access information about AGM, board elections, board of directors, club policies, RVCAL, club promotions and more.
