Do you need assistance with the CMCA Parks website? Find the answers to your questions below.
CMCA Parks provide affordable, safe and welcoming places to stay around Australia. We offer a range of low-cost, no-frills RV Parks for self contained vehicles through to Caravan Parks with amenities.
Our CMCA Parks cater for both CMCA members and non-members. (Please note, some parks do not permit non-members.)
You can make a booking through our website https://parks.cmca.au or you can phone and book through CMCA Head Office on 02 4978 8788. Members can also access the booking system through the CMCA Connect app. Alternatively you can make a booking with the Park Custodian on arrival however we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment if the Park is fully booked.
Fees can be paid by credit card online or over the phone. Alternatively you can pay via BPAY if bookings are being made in advance.
Due to merchant fees incurred for small credit card transactions, it is necessary to implement a minimum charge of $15 when loading funds into an account. Any unused funds will remain in your account for future use, funds will not have an expiration date.
If you have credits available you can see this under "My Bookings" on the CMCA Parks website.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash as a form of payment. You will need to process payments online via the CMCA Parks website or contact CMCA Head Office for additional methods of payment. We would like to create a safe environment at our CMCA Parks and therefore do not want cash kept on premises.
To process a booking, use the search form to select "Where", "Dates" and "Guests" or Use "Find a Park". When dates and guests are selected the system will show you what sites are available and pricing. Click "Book". You will then need to select a vehicle. If your vehicle is listed on our database select it from the drop down. Otherwise click "Manage Vehicles" and add your vehicle details in. If the site requires a Self Contained Vehicle, you will need to make sure your vehicle is marked as compliant. Click "Book Now". You will then need to process payment via credit card. If you have credit funds available they will be automatically applied. Click "Confirm Booking" to finalise the process. An email will be sent with your booking confirmation and receipt.
For self-contained sites, members will pay $3 per site plus $2 per adult and non-members will pay a fee of $15 per vehicle per night. Please note, fees will vary at CMCA Caravan Parks. Refer to site pages for further details.
You can spend up to fourteen nights at any one of our CMCA RV Parks in any 21 day period, except for Ingham, Qld which has a 5 night maximum stay limit and Innisfail, Qld which has a 7 night maximum stay limit. This applies to both members and non-members. CMCA Caravan Parks can allow longer stays.
To check the availability, start the booking process (see above). You will need to select the CMCA Park you wish to stay at and the dates desired and number of people, to check the availability. You can do this without completing the booking process. If there are no available sites, the system will inform you.
Go to "My Bookings" in the top menu. Here you will find a record of all past and future bookings.
You can change or cancel your bookings through "My Bookings". Navigate to the "My Bookings" page and click "View" on your booking. You will then have the options to "Change Booking", "Cancel Booking", "View" or "Download your Invoice". To change a booking, click "Change Booking". It will navigate you to the park page where you can then select different dates, guests and site. Click "Book" on your chosen site and check the details. Click "Book Now". If you need to pay extra for the change of booking, it will be requested on this page. If you are due to receive a credit, this will be applied to your Funds to be used for future bookings. Make sure you click "Confirm Booking" to make the changes. To cancel a booking, click "Cancel Booking" and funds will be credited to your CMCA Funds for future bookings.
You simply present your membership card to the Park Custodians; they will have your booking on file. If you are a non-member, they will have your booking recorded. Simply let them know your name.
No, you do not necessarily need to book. However, we cannot guarantee that sites will be available if you arrive without one. Therefore, we encourage everyone to utilise the CMCA Park Booking system.
If you would like more information on our CMCA Parks, please visit the unique information pages listed on the CMCA Park website. Each park has a page dedicated to specialised information about the site.
On the CMCA Parks website, there is a menu option in the menu called "Park Custodians". This webpage will provide you with all you need to know about becoming a custodian, the necessary training documents and a custodian calendar with upcoming availabilities.
