I would like to advise members that the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Campervan and Motorhome Club of Australia Limited will be held at the Orange Showgrounds as part of the 38th National Rally on Monday 6 October 2025.

As per Clause 22.5 of the Constitution, motions submitted by members closed on 1 August. We have received one Ordinary Motion to be addressed at this year’s AGM, which will be shared in future correspondence to members. For the first time, online voting will be available for this motion, allowing all eligible members to participate electronically. To take part, please ensure your email address is current and up to date in our database.

On 1 September, the Annual Report will be released and made available to members. It will be formally presented at the AGM.

Regarding the Rally, all registered attendees should have received an email from NHQ with instructions for entry to the venue on Saturday 4 October and Sunday 5 October. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth entry process. First timers received a separate email containing additional information about entry and the First Timers’ Welcome.

Finally, I would like to address a topic that has been raised on social media regarding the need for powered sites at rallies for medical devices such as CPAP machines. Please note that medical power can only be guaranteed at facilities with generator backup, such as hospitals. Unfortunately, this service cannot be provided at any of our rally venues. We hope this clarifies any concerns from members on this matter.
