Plans are underway for the 21^st Annual General Meeting to be held at the Bundaberg Recreational Precinct in Bundaberg, Qld on Wednesday 6 October. Registration will commence at 8am, with the meeting to follow at 9am. The Notice of Meeting and Agenda will be distributed to members along with the Annual Report at the end of August, simultaneous to the release of the September edition of The Wanderer. Those that have an email address will be sent the documents via email, and access will also be available on the CMCA website. Those who don’t have an email address or receive the hard copy of The Wanderer will receive their copy to the postal address listed on their membership. We have one Ordinary Resolution and one Special Resolution being put forward to members at this year’s meeting, with proxy and direct forms available in the Notice of Meeting and Agenda and Annual Report. Both voting forms must be sent to myself as Company Secretary by 5pm Monday 4 October 2021. If you require a hard copy, please contact the office on 02 4978 8788 and we will send you one.

I would also like to remind members that voting for Board of Directors Election is still open - please check your emails for your unique voting URL or refer to the ballot papers (if you don’t have an email address). Voting closes 12 noon on 10 September 2021. Further details on the two candidates standing for this election can be found on the CMCA website or in the August edition of The Wanderer.
