If you’re yet to explore the wonder that is Uluru, then now is your chance! Join us for an amazing journey starting in South Australia, heading up through the centre stopping at Coober Pedy and the opal mines then on to Uluru. Experience the majestic rock up close at sunrise and sunset and see the changing colours as you walk around the base learning of the Aboriginal history and culture. At night, we’ll come together to experience the incredible Field of Lights, which will also be a highlight of this trip. Learn of the history at Curtin Springs and climb Kings Canyon to experience the incredible view at the top. Learn about Aboriginal culture with an informative and interesting experience at Karrke, then relax in Alice Springs before heading off to Devils Marbles. Travel the Barkly where we will visit Mt Isa, Winton, Blue Heeler Hotel, Longreach and enjoy Smith's Outback Show and so much more. This really is an experience you will not forget. With the incredible contrast of the landscape, dry salt lakes, wildlife and so much history, you are guaranteed to create some magical memories on this safari. Day 2 | Depart for Glendambo Road House en route to Coober Pedy, stopping at Woomera on the way (unpowered, toilets, showers) |
Day 3 | Depart for Coober Pedy where we will stay for 2 nights (power, toilets, showers, water can be purchased) |
Day 4 | We will go on a desert cave tour; seeing underground mine, dingo proof fence, breakaways and more. Lunch included (tour and lunch included, drinks not included) |
Day 5 | Depart for Marla Roadhouse (unpowered, toilets, showers) |
Day 6 | Depart for Erldunda Roadhouse (powered, toilets, showers, water) |
Day 7 | Depart for Ayers Rock Campground where we will stay for 3 nights (toilets, showers, water, powered) – Field of Lights show at night (tour included) |

Day 9 | Sunrise tour viewing of Uluru, Mutijulu Waterhole, instructive Kuniya Walk, Aboriginal rock paintings. Sunset tour viewing of Uluru, tour to the Olgas and Walpa Gorge (tours included, sunset drinks and canapes included) |
Day 10 | Depart for Curtin Springs Roadhouse – experience the Paper Tour in the afternoon (tour included) (unpowered, toilets) |
Day 11 | Depart for Kings Canyon Discovery Park where and stay for 2 nights (powered, toilets, showers, water) |
Day 12 | Today we head off and can either go on the Rim Walk or an easy 1 hour walk, relax or explore Kathleen Springs - free day |
Day 13 | Depart for Erldunda Roadhouse stopping at Karrke for a 1 hour Aboriginal Cultural experience (power, toilets, shower, water) |
Day 14 | Depart for Alice Springs where we will stay for 3 nights |

Day 17 | Depart for Devils Marbles staying overnight (unpowered, toilets, showers) – dinner at the restaurant at night (dinner included, drinks not included) |
Day 18 | Depart for free camp on the Barkly Highway (no facilities) |
Day 19 | Depart for another free camp on the Barkly Highway (no facilities) |
Day 20 | Depart for Mt Isa and stay for 2 nights (power, toilets, showers, water) |
Day 21 | Coach tour to Outback at Isa for guided tour and lunch (all included) |
Day 22 | Depart for Blue Heeler Hotel (limited power, unpowered, toilets, showers) |
Day 23 | Depart for Winton and stay for 2 nights (powered, toilets, showers) |
Day 24 | Coach tour to Bladensburg National Park and sunset tour to Rangelands Rifts. Canapes and drinks at sunset (BYO drinks). Check out the Waltzing Matilda Museum or Winton Dinosaur Museum during your free time. |
Day 25 | Depart for Longreach for our last night, enjoy a sunset cruise on the Thomson River followed by dinner and show at Smithy's Outback. |
Day 26 | We farewell our new friends and continue on our individual travels. |
