With what starts as a night sail from Melbourne, this adventure gives you the opportunity to explore much of the state's beautiful countryside and a number of historic towns including Ross, where you'll get to pay a trip to the Tasmanian Wool Centre and Ross Bridge. Heading back up along the East Coast, Coles Bay and St Helens are two destinations that will not disappoint, with a boat cruise on the magnificent Bay of Fire.
